What is our mission?
We enable children with cancer and other life-limiting conditions to continue their education while they undergo treatment.
Our mission is non-medical. It complements the work of medical staff in supporting the children and their families.
This promotes their happiness quotient through learning and creative activity, and helps them return to mainstream schooling and life after treatment with hope, confidence, pride, and dignity.
What support do we provide to children undergoing treatment?
Primary and secondary education, with trained teachers and volunteers.
Multilingual library encourages children and families to read.
Yoga, meditation, art therapy, and creative visualisation.
Activities beneficial to both children and caregivers.
Art, craft, music, storytelling, pottery, and creative writing.
Monthly celebrations of birthdays and other events.
